Graeme is regularly engaged as a New Zealand based director and owner’s representative for such entities and individuals. He has also in the past been a participant and speaker at New Zealand Government road shows promoting investment in New Zealand.
Senior Associate Peter Sygrove was admitted to the bar in 2008 and has spent his career working in top-tier law firms in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Peter joined TODD & WALKER Law in early 2019 and advises clients on investments relating to commercial property, overseas investment, business and tourism infrastructure projects.
Graeme and Peter head up the firm’s Overseas Investment division. They are regularly called upon to provide advice and prepare applications under the Overseas Investment Act regime in respect of large scale property acquisitions and developments in New Zealand.
